1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Doedits platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

2. Services

We provide online tools including image editing, PDF tools and editor, document utilities, video and speech features, file sharing, and related microservices. Features may change or be discontinued at our discretion.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Authentication may be handled via Google/Firebase; we exchange identity tokens for our session tokens.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of files and content you upload or create.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested features and outputs.
• You represent that you have necessary rights to upload and process the content.

5. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

• Processing inputs are kept only as long as needed to perform the task and deliver results.
• If you save or share content, we will store it until you delete it or until share expiration, according to feature settings.
• Upon deletion, content is removed from active storage and scheduled for purge from backups/logs per our retention schedule.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to bypass security, scrape, or misuse our APIs or services.
• No reverse engineering or interference with service integrity.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform, UI, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your content, all rights are reserved by Doedits.

8. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doedits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doedits from any claims arising out of your content or your use of the services in violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features with notice where feasible. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to service integrity. You may stop using the services at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of our primary place of business, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
